.... are a superfood, BUT AVOID eating with:
- cows' milk
- cucumber
- pineapple
- coffee (not within 1 hour of eating)
- tannin-rich tea
- nuts
These all much reduce the nutritional value of the fruit. |
GOOD WITH:
- steel-cut oatmeal with soya milk
- extra virgin olive oil
- plain Greek yogurt
- chia, flax, pumpkin seeds
- kiwis (vitamin C)
- leafy greens
